provides unlimited talk and text.

Since 1985, the Lifeline program has provided a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect
to jobs, family and emergency services. True Wireless Inc, an Oklahoma company, is an eligible telecommunications carrier providing discounted and subsidized wireless (cell phone) service to those who qualify. We provide government
sponsored / supported cell phone service in Texas (TX), Oklahoma (OK), Arkansas (AR), Maryland (MD) and Rhode Island (RI). The service is subsidized under the Lifeline program. Americans who enroll in the program must qualify and
maintain compliance.
The Lifeline program is available to eligible low-income subscribers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands. Lifeline is limited to one per household unit and is not transferable. You can enroll in the Lifeline
program if you participate in any of the following programs (Subscribers must present proof of participation which includes an eligible program card or statement of benefits.) :
